How do I change my password?

After you have logged in, you can change your password using the "Change password" option under the My Account - Login and Security section. You have to type your current password and the new password you have chosen in their respective boxes.

How can I reset my password myself if I forget my current password?

Password can be reset by using the Forgot password option present in the Login page by entering the email registered with us. A password reset email will be send to your registered email address.

How do I create my Redcare payment account?

A Redcare Payment Account can be used to pay for your orders by invoice. If you would like to setup an account please contact the Redcare Customer Service team.

What happens if my account gets locked out due to wrong login attempts?

The locked out account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes and you can try to login again or reset the password.
